[QGIS-Developer] qgis/qgis:latest outdated

I've noticed that the "latest" build-depds container image
published on docker.io fails to build qgis due to too old
CMake version:

    docker.io/qgis/qgis3-build-deps:latest

I've filed an issue on the qgis/qgis repository but I'm not
sure if that's the source of that image or not:

    https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/60189

What procedure is responsible to update that image/tag ?
