[QGIS-Developer] QGIS 3.40.3 Windows builds are missing

Hi all,

I noticed that Windows builds of the latest QGIS version 3.40.3 are missing
from https://download.qgis.org//downloads/

Also the Download page <https://qgis.org/download/> of QGIS show the
incorrect information about the latest version "The current version is QGIS
3.40.2 'Bratislava' and was released on 2024-12-20.".

Is there possibly something wrong with Windows build pipelines?
