[QGIS-Developer] Broken code test infrastructure in documentation repository

Hi devs,
Starting at least from this monday morning (Paris time), doctest, the
infrastructure for testing code samples in docs is failing. This time, for
a good reason, should I add. It complains at the start of the global setup
with a *ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'qgis'* error.
Considering that we did no changes related to this area in the last weeks
(tests passed two days ago), I suspect there is a change in QGIS code repo
that generates this situation. Maybe an underlying bug in QGIS itself?
Could be nice if someone can give it a look. Thanks a lot.
Example of action failing:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Documentation/actions/runs/16571687193/job/46865383445#step:8:682
Executed configuration command:

Kind regards,
Harrissou
