[QGIS-Developer] Debian 12 APT repository for QGIS 3.40

Hi all,

On the main qgis.org website, for Debian, the list of repositories is
written :
https://www.qgis.org/resources/installation-guide/#repositories

For instance for Debian 12 : https://qgis.org/debian-ltr

But, it seems the packaging for QGIS 3.40 stopped at 3.40.3 :
https://debian.qgis.org/debian/dists/bookworm/main/binary-amd64/Packages
QGIS 3.40.4 and later are not in this repository.

While it is available on Debian repository :
https://packages.debian.org/bookworm-backports/qgis

Is-this a bug or should we switch to Debian repositories ?
