Websites for the two-week sprint from May 05 to May 16, 2025

*QGIS Changelog, Sustaining Members, Certification:*

   - These sites are finally live at changelog.qgis.org, members.qgis.org
   and certification.qgis.org. Huge thanks to Tim and all the contributors
   who made it possible.
   - Added the DPG badge on each of these websites
   - Submitted a new PR for the Kartoza credits

   - Add a widget for PayRexx donation and hide Stripe

   also available for preview on the staging.plugins.qgis.org site, which
   is related to the PR Second menu integration

*QGIS Hub:*

   - Maps publish guidelines
