[QGIS-Developer] QGIS QA System/Procedure

Dear QGIS team,

I am a groundwater modeler from SLR Consulting. I am currently working on a software plan for QGIS version 3.34.1 per company policy before using it on project. I am wondering if there is any formal quality assurance system/procedure for QGIS?

Also, I am wondering if there is any suggested installation verifications for the users?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
