*QGIS Infrastructure:*

   - We had a Sprint with Tim and Ivan during the week of March 23rd. We've
   addressed some issues with our upcoming infrastructure configurations
   - We also deployed a new self-hosted GitHub actions runner for our
   configuration
   - We migrated the download mirrors (dl1, dl2, dl3 and dl4) to dedicated
   servers
   - We tested deploying a host to production
