[QGIS-Developer] Plugins screenshot implementation on plugins.qgis.org

Hello everyone,

I recently worked on a new feature that will add screenshot support for
plugins published on plugins.qgis.org [1]. I also discussed this with Tim,
and he suggested adding some checks to ensure that the uploaded image is
safe and is actually a screenshot.

So I am also raising the discussion here, if this new feature is actually
worth implementing and gathering your valuable thoughts/ feedback/
suggestions in this regard. Also, I'd be happy to introduce it in a new QEP
if necessary.
