[QGIS-Developer] [Qgis-psc] Push back feature freeze by 1/1.5 weeks?

Aha, thanks for clarifying that!
I'd be +1 for extending the "release candidate" status to more patch
releases. We could reconsider its removal before each patch release of the
4.0. cycle, though, based on the current state at the time.
