[QGIS-Developer] anyone else get a vague github shakedown notice? is this about qgis?

I just did, with a reference to the "OSGeo" GitHub organization.

I believe OSGeo as an organization have been paying Microsoft's GitHub for services like CI time - as per some project's request - so chances are the billing would really kick in.

This is an OSGeo-wide issue so I guess should be brought up to the projects [1] or discuss [2] mailing lists, and maybe ticketed on https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo
