Ah, I thought this was maybe part of the 'security'-scan for plugins, from that comes my question.

And about the ordering, I meant the plugin manager in QGIS, not so much the plugins.qgis.org website. Sorry for the confusion.
Not sure IF the plugins manager has information to change the order based on the options I mentioned though...
