[QGIS-Developer] Inquiry for application as a gsoc contributor

Hi , my name is Shivam Bharti. I am an ex GIS Engineer and I am currently
pursuing my master's in Computer Application.

I have experience with Python / Java and SQL. I don't have any custom ideas
but If you are still taking gsoc students and there are projects available
in those languages , then please let me know. I will be happy to contribute
with a long term stay.
