[QGIS-Developer] QEP 430: Extend AI Policy to all texts in the QGIS repo

Hi list,

I've just submitted "QEP 430: Extend AI Policy to all texts in the QGIS repo",
which extends the current QEP 408 which only applies to code to also cover
text that is supposed to be entered by humans (PR and issues text and
comments etc.).
