Hi Jorge, Alessandro, Stefanos, and all,
there are various (36 now) open reports of issues that have been
identified as occurring in QGIS 4.x for functionalities correctly
working in QGIS <= 3.44.x and thus such reports have been labelled as
"QGIS 4" and "Regression":

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues?q=is%3Aissue+state%3Aopen+label%3ARegression+label%3A%22QGIS+4%22

4 of them are also labelled "Crash/Data Corruption":

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues?q=is%3Aissue+state%3Aopen+label%3ARegression+label%3A%22QGIS+4%22+label%3A%22Crash%2FData+Corruption%22

There are 13 open issue reports only tagged "QGIS 4" or "qt6":

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues?q=is%3Aissue+state%3Aopen+%28label%3A%22QGIS+4%22+OR+label%3Aqt6%29+-label%3ARegression

More in general, there are 84 open reports of regressions already
occurring in QGIS <= 3.44 (which obviously occur also in QGIS 4):

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues?q=is%3Aissue+state%3Aopen+label%3ARegression+-label%3A%22QGIS+4%22

11 of them are also labelled "Crash/Data Corruption":

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues?q=is%3Aissue+state%3Aopen+label%3ARegression+-label%3A%22QGIS+4%22+label%3A%22Crash%2FData+Corruption%22

There are also issue reports still open that in the past have been
labelled as "High priority":

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues?q=is%3Aissue+state%3Aopen+label%3A%22High+Priority%22

It is not sure that all the issue reports have been correctly labelled,
since the reports' triage is only on voluntary basis and, currently, not
coordinated among all the users that have he right to label the reports.

Best regards.

Andrea Giudiceandrea
