[QGIS-Developer] MiniULDK – Plugin Ownership Transfer Request

Hi QGIS team,

I would like to request a full ownership transfer of the 
*MiniULDK*plugin to the *OnGeo*account in the official QGIS Plugin 
Repository.

The intention is to transfer full ownership and management permissions 
to the OnGeo account, rather than simply changing the maintainer or 
adding a collaborator.

We would also like to preserve the existing plugin listing, version 
history, and update compatibility for current users.

Could you please confirm whether this transfer is possible and if any 
additional steps or verification are required?
