[QGIS-Developer] Save the date! - Paris code sprint OSGEO 10th -12th may 2027 - Paris Georoom

We are very pleased to announce that the French National Mapping 
Institute (IGN) and the French Local Chapter of OSGeo (OSGeo-FR) join 
their efforts to host a contributor meeting in Paris.

This meeting, sometimes called code-sprint, is aimed at the contributors 
of the projects gathered under the aegis of the OSGEO Foundation. 2 and 
a half days of meetings, self-organized workshops, to advance our 
projects and build a community link.

As discussed during the contributor meeting in Laax, this could be a 
very good way for QGIS project to bootstrap some heavy tasks, like we 
did in 2016 with the QGIS server rewrite code sprint.

One idea was to speed up the attribute table refactoring, with 2 and 
half days allowing to explore options, prototype cool new features, 
discuss with major users like IGN using it now in massive production 
environment.
