[QGIS-Developer] How to transfer published plugins to another account ?

Hi Lars,

Indeed, there is no direct feature to "transfer the ownership" of a plugin
to another account.

As an alternative, I suggest adding the new user as a Collaborator and then
making them a maintainer. You can perform this process from the plugin's
details editor page using the old account, and it needs to be done across
two save steps:
1. Edit plugin details > Add Collaborator > Save
2. Edit plugin details > Make new collaborator as a Maintainer > Save
