[QGIS-Developer] plugin approval for Flowmapper plugin

Hi,
I am aware that the current plugin approval process can take hours to a
couple of days. Given that auto-security checks are OK, if possible, I
would kindly ask for approval of the new version of my Flowmapper plugin
(uploaded on 16th Spet.).
