[Utenti] Win10 su macchina nuova Installer OSGEO32bit non installa correttamente le librerie numpy di python

Salve a tutti,
ho installato su macchina PULITA Win10 QGis a 32 bit
se faccio import numpy ottengo gli stessi errori di 4 precedenti macchine
Errore numpy: [0]
Questo provoca il blocco di matplotlib e a catena si tira dietro
processing...
Sulla mia macchina ho risolto copio/incollando il modulo numpy da una
installazione locale di python a 32bit.
Ora provo il medesimo workflow e vediamo se la teoria è giusta.
Intanto che ne pensate???
