[Qgis-psc] funds for the hackfest

Hi all.
Thanks to some additional donations, ad especially to the cofinancing by GFOSS.it,
(1500 €, still subject to formal approval by GFOSS-SC on Monday, but I think we can
take it for granted) our budget is now 3923 €.
Please let me know what are your priorities for spending it. I receive only 2 reuests
of financial assistance, and would be inclined to cover live costs (accommodation and
food) in Wroklaw for all core devs.
