Hi all.
While in general I agree with the proposal, I think we must be cautious
setting up clear procedures and guidelines for such requests. There are
hundreds of interesting GIS and related conferences, and most of us are
more or less interested participating, representing qgis, so this has
the potential of drawing significant resources and creating malcontent.
