Hi all.
Disclaimer: I have a conflict of interests here, as Giovanni is a colleague of mine.

I think Giovanni is doing a lot of important work on the management of the bug queue.
I think it would be reasonable and generally good for the project to kind of formally
appoint him on this role, much as for other stable helpers of the PSC (Horst as a
Treasurer, etc.).
