Hi Alessandro,

there is not an official plan/proces yet for how to ask for access on
the server.

I propose the following (psc/others, please comment):
- send a mail to the psc list. So at least there everybody knows
- with or without voting: if no one objects:
- sent me your public key, so I can create a user for you and add the
key to it (currently only key-based access).

@Alessandro if I am right, Tim is busy with a docker for the django app.
