[Qgis-psc] feedback emails

Via mailinglist there has been a question if we could create an
email/contact for general qgis questions.

My plan:

1) create one qgis.org-email addres like:
feedback at qgis.org
contact at qgis.org
(plz pick preferred one).

2) put this email address in the website

3) forward all those emails to somebody (I have one volunteer till now),
which removes spam and forwards the messages to appropriate persons of
email-lists

Can the PSC agree with this plan?

If so, I recall Tim mentioned an 'app' to handle qgis.org addresses.
Can somebody point/help me to get this address up?
