[Qgis-psc] Motion: git write access for Denis Rouzaud

Denis, could you read the contributors guidelines 
(http://hub.qgis.org/projects/quantum-gis/wiki/Contributor_Guidelines) 
and confirm in a mail to the psc / developer list that you agree with it 
(in case you do)?
