[Qgis-psc] Hackfest PSC Meeting - 3PM tomorrow

Hi

Can we get together for a PSC meeting tomorrow 3pm (after Anita arrives). I
am suggesting a closed door meeting just to keep the meeting short - we can
publish minutes afterwards for general consumption and invite anyone to add
points to the agenda. Proposed initial agenda below (please add to it as
needed):
