[Qgis-psc] next HF

Hi Stephan

Its always hard to guess but we can easily imagine 20-30 from qgis side and 
20-30 from C Tribe side ... That would mean 50-60 people total. Yes that 
makes a big group. Let's talk about this some more in mappingham .
