[Qgis-psc] list of contributors

Hi,

at the moment we have an incomplete list of people who contributed to the
user manual and other documents  - without any translators. This list is
getting longer and longer, still does not really reflect the current
status and does also not really make sense to me in the preamble part of the
manual. I would like to change that and add some files into the source code
of QGIS-Documentation, like...

contributors_docs
contributors_translation
...

does that make sense to you or is there a better solution?
