IMHO there is a lot of duplication of this kind of info (devs,
documenters, translators, ...): in code, in governance, in GUI, on
wiki, maybe more.
I strongly suggest to put everything in one place, wher it is more
appropriate, e.g. documenters on the manual, translators of manuals in
their translation, translators of the GUI on the GUI, etc.
