[Qgis-psc] Ask for hackfest hosting at linuxhotel in Essen

Hi,

we have a go from the linuxhotel. I started a wiki page for the next meeting:
http://hub.qgis.org/wiki/quantum-gis/12_QGIS_Developer_Meeting_in_Essen_2014

We can use their rooms and facilities from thursday morning (2.10.) until
Sunday afternoon (5.10). Once I have all information, e.g. if people already
can arrive wednesday evening, I will update the wiki and make an official
announcement.
