[Qgis-psc] Hackfest in Essen

Hi,

we now have following arrangement with the linuxhotel, similar to 2012. We
have the conference room from Thursday (2.10) to Sunday (5.10). Sunday
afternoon we have to make sure that they can prepare the room for their
training courses for monday.

People can already arrive Wednesday (1.10) late afternoon (rooms will be
ready at about 5pm) and we can also already use the conference room after
6pm, when their wednesday training is done. But we will have to pay the room
extra for that day.

They offer 27 beds + people can use tents/sleeping bags, ... if more people
want to attend, we have to organize more accomodation nearby.

Costs estimation from 01.10 - 5.10. for 27 participants will be less than
3000 EUR for accomodation, conference room and all the facilities we had
last time and a cleanup at the end. Also see

We can/will also arrange some dinner outside again and maybe this time we
could also offer some event, if people are interested. I can arrange that
with the linuxhotel as well.

I also requested some sponsoring from the german FOSSGIS e.V. - hopefully
they will support us again.

If you are all fine with this, I will finalize it in the wiki, send an email
to the list and add a note to the website.
