[Qgis-psc] Download QGIS from unofficial sites

Hi,

In my opinion, if they offer outdated versions, we should ask them to 
directly link to our download site or remove the download. With 
sourceforge it seems a bit different - they seem to be more up-to-date - 
but they don't ship our recent bugfix release. So it does seem like 
manual updates and not like an automatic mirror.
