[Qgis-psc] Increasing requests for targeted sponsorships

Hi all,

I am getting an increasing number of requests for targeted financial 
contributions and wonder if it is ok to handle them.

There is the german QGIS user group that wants to contribut 3k for bug 
fixing - similar to the Swiss QGIS user group.

The second one, I just got through Lene - is a danish community that 
wants to contribute approx. 7k  to bug fixing. I guess this is ok to 
handle. We already do the same with the Swiss and German QGIS user 
group. Lene explictly mentions our effort to have a full-time employee 
for QA, bug fixing and managing developer resources. That this would be 
an early contribution for such a QA employee.

The third recent one is a financial contribution (1k US$) for the 
development of QGIS Web Client II by a US company. That company wants to 
explicitly sponsor the QWC II development. Do you think that I can 
accept this donation on behalf of QGIS.ORG and mark it our accounting 
that it can later contribute to the QWC II development?
