Hi PSC,

Due to popular demand I created a preliminary 2015 budget ;-)

You can help me to improve it.

As you all may know, it is hard to predict our donations and 
sponsorships. This is based on experiences of the past couple months.

I assume there is a second dev meeting in autumn? Anything planned already?
