Hi Andreas,

currently the 'changelog'-application is broken, and we do not have
time/knowledge to fix it, that is why we put the (hopefully temporarily)
link to the live changelog application.

'Broken' above means that the downloading of the changelog in a
RST-format (usable to put in the website) is throwing a 500/oops error.
We could copy the texts and images by hand in a rst file, but that is
not something that I would prefer.

'Plan' is to move the changelog txt to a separate Django application
dedicated to QGIS
