[Qgis-psc] State of the QGIS 2.10 changelog?

Hi, 

The QGIS 2.10 changelog
(http://www.qgis.org/en/site/forusers/visualchangelog210/index.html [1])
states that "While we work on the changelog for ...." you can find it
here 

Isn't the changelog already finished and ready to be published like the
other releases? The only thing I see that really needs fixing is the
outdated list of sponsors. Or is someone working on other improvements?
