Hi all,
thanks for the proposal. IMHO, important ingredients for a successful HF
are:
* a place to sleep very close to the HF room(s), possibly all people in
one place
* very flexible opening times for the HF room: it is quite frustrating
to be forced to leave when you are hacking, and different people have
very different activity rhythms; ideally it should stay open 24 h, and
people come and go at will
* food available in the same room, so one could stop working anytime to
have a snack, avoiding big interruptions.
>From the financial point of view, it is also important that the price of
the accommodation is kept low.
