Unfortunately this one isn't fixable without major api breakage for
composer. It's on my hit list for the layouts refactor, but can't be fixed
in 2.10

I'm looking into this one.

I'm happy to add the raster calc issues to my list.

Some others on my list are:

http://hub.qgis.org/issues/12747
Grid frames broken under OSX. I suspect this is not solvable without moving
to Qt5, but it's a high impact issue and I want to confirm that this is the
only fix.

Cleaning up outstanding labeling issues:

Curved labels broken for some scripts. This is a major issue for using QGIS
with certain languages:
http://hub.qgis.org/issues/6883

Rotation related issues:
http://hub.qgis.org/issues/12388
http://hub.qgis.org/issues/12025

Broken repeat distance:
http://hub.qgis.org/issues/11937

Following these I'd like to do a sweep of all normal/low impact
symbology/labeling/ui bugs which can be solved with minimal work... Please
let me know if this is acceptable or if you'd like me to concentrate only
on blockers/high.

I also suspect we'll have to squash a number of regressions relating to the
new geometry engine as they arise.

On a related note, can we put out a widespread call for beta testers? This
has been done in the past and I think it will be good to get as many users
stress testing this new work as soon as possible...
