Are there any comments or concerns before I make these lists more broadly available?

@Andreas previously mentioned concerns about sharing email addresses and spam. I do not share these concerns

a) because SPAM filters are pretty good these days that for me this is generally not an issue (even though I have used my email address unscrambled broadly over the last few years) and
b) because I think that if people are representing the project, they should be readily contactable.

In the (likely) event that the rest of you agree with Andreas do you have any proposals as to how we should publish these lists (a page in governance I guess) in a way that people will be able to contact their country or community voting members to share concerns or get involved?
