[Qgis-psc] Splash 2.14

Hi,
after Andreas' mail I just contacted the city of Essen, They agree with the
proposed solution:
* put the text "QGIS Splash screen map courtesy of Stadt Essen" just below
the GNU license URL instead of in the splash screen.
And additionally I would also vote for adding another sentence:
* Thanks to the Linux hotel (Essen) for hosting the 2012 and 2014 developer
meetings
So, whatever splash screen we take, we can leave out any small text.
