[Qgis-psc] [Qgis-community-team] Stickers?

Hi Richard,

round4.png still has a bug where the shadow and highlight meet. This has
been fixed in
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Promotion/blob/master/sticker/round3.png which
is the sticker we have printed in the past.

I think it's a good idea to add some text to it.
