Well, QGIS project as never been a representative democracy but more a
meritocracy.
Just be aware that democracy is not perfect and I guess last elections
proves that.
Not sure what is the best way to have newcomers in PSC without exiting
still motivated people. But we should think about it stronglyu, because
motivations are the most important points, being elected is not sufficient.
