Thanks Andreas,

My offer for the grant project could be used for an estimation.

how could it work if we (the documentation team) didn't finish the previous doc 
release before the LTR? Does it mean that the funding will be for LTR ticket 
for the documentation? how to release it if the previous tickets have not been 
done?
