[Qgis-psc] Next HF in Nodebo

Dear PSC,

I want to ask the possibilities to have some refunds for the coming
Nodebo HackFest.

As always I'll contain the costs as much as possible (around 200€).

I would like to join you in Nodebo to discuss on several topics:

* new Processing Help system and further ideas (see last Grant Proposal
and QEP #98)
* discuss on recent work on Processing tests sponsored by the Italian
User Group
* improve the plot possibilities with D3js and plugin DataPlotly
* discuss on the R plugin provider future for Processing
