It is already fixed.

It was introduced with a fix for the harmless bug #15510 - rather cosmetic I'd
say, but the fix affects a lot of layer inserts (not only wfs).

It also had QStringLiteral inside, that is not part of Qt4 (hence shouldn't
have been backported to 2.18 as is).  But that only caused problems on trusty
and jessie - other apparently have a newer version of qca that has a macro for
QStringLiteral.  I still had to trigger rebuilds for those - delayed the
announcement a bit.  But it made the window to file tickets before that even
happened larger.

People should test the nightlies - esp. before releases - and not wait for the
new release.  People that install before it's even announced/visible, should
also be able to check the nightlies.  I doubt they just hit the window by
chances, but obviously that could still be the case.

Anyway, that wouldn't have helped in this case either as the offensive fix was
backported on release day.
