[Qgis-psc] 2018 dev meeting in Madeira

Hi!

We are very excited about the real possibility of welcoming a QGis Dev Meeting in Madeira next year in February. As mentioned by Giovanni in another post, we are discussing the final dates with Lene...
but it seems the best week for the event is on the 20th to 25th ,considering two workshop days prior to the dev meeting itself.
