Dear devs and PSC,

The QGIS feature freeze is very close and we are entering bug fixing mode
soon. You mentioned that you can participate in our paid bug fixing program
( hourly rate of € 100.00 ).

I prepared a spreadsheet of all devs who said that they can contribute at
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Cdh-6eAmVCdiZIQGMhu_Aqgg09tpxsC40BGXQJtYc54/edit#gid=1150018689
(sheet labeled with 3.0) with a column listing where your expertise in the
code base is. Note that this column was filled in by myself any may be
wrong. Please feel free to change/correct this column for your entry. This
column should help you devs to coordinate and Giovanni when managing the
bug queue. Also, the available days is not binding if you do less - if you
want to do more days than indicated, please first ask me if we have enough
funds.

Giovanni, are you again available for managing the queue?

Nathan: I haven't aske you how many days you would be available and in what
areas in the code base you would work. Please fill in your entry!

Did I miss someone who wanted to contribute?

I have prepared another spreadsheet where you please fill in the issues you
fixed:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1F6v4g8Ayb3wIt73rxFKD8h4B95MaTwt-eDit8YvReB0/edit#gid=1356139814
Please reference ticket numbers and github commits. You can have a look at
the sheets of 2.18 and 2.14 how other devs have filled this in. This list
is then pulled in into the release notes, please do not forget to fill in
this list. It will help Tim and others to create the release notes and help
QGIS.ORG in the reporting how we spent donations and sponsorship money.

I'd like to thank you all in advance for your efforts! This bug fixing and
QA work is very important to QGIS.ORG and to the QGIS users. It is also
very much appreciated by all of us.

Greetings,
Andreas
