[Qgis-psc] Updated financial information

Hi Paolo,

I can comment on the income:

1. we missed about on one months of donations through PayPal because the
account was blocked - at the worst possible time - right after the QGIS 3
release.
2. Sponsorship payments are unevenly distributed throughout the year. The
two gold sponsorships both expire in June and several silver sponsorships
expire in autumn. So it is quite normal that payments are not evenly
distributed throughout the year.

Currently I am not so worried that we won't reach our overall goal. But of
course - if you can help us attract new sponsors, this is always welcome ;-)
