At the usual rate for QGIS.org sponsored project, the proposal is of 6 days.

I just published the new call for proposals: ​

and would recommend to apply there.

We also have a separate smaller budget for documentation but, personally, I
hope we will be able to spend a significant share of that money on end user
documentation for the LTR.
