[Qgis-psc] QGIS Trademark and brand guidelines 14days RFC

Hi Marco,

as mentioned today, we could add a sentence to clarify that our
trademark and licence do not interfere with publication of maps (the
PLOS issue). We already stated this in the mailing list, I think a
sentence from Tim can be reused.
